Photography and video recording at this event may be subject to restrictions.
When taking photos or videos and sharing them on social media or other platforms, please be respectful of others. Avoid capturing identifiable images of other attendees, exhibitors, or staff without their consent. Any content that may infringe on the privacy or personal rights of others is not permitted.
Please note that the organizer is not responsible for any disputes, claims, or issues that may arise from attendee photography or social media postings.

■ Media Coverage

A number of media will be visiting the exhibition during the event to cover and report on the event. If you are available to be interviewed, there is a possibility that you may be covered in the media. In addition to interviews, please be aware that you may be photographed or filmed in the exhibition hall.

■ Official Photography

Official photographers will be on site during the event to take photos for documentation purposes. The photos will be published in the media (including social media and the official website) published by Tourism EXPO Japan. Please note that the photos will not be used for any other purposes.

■ Pets are not allowed.

①入場券は日付指定ではありません。入場券１枚につき、２日間のいずれかにお好きな１日にご入場いただけます。
2日間入場を希望の場合、お一人様2枚必要となります。

②小学生以下のお子様：無料・小学生以下のお子様のみでの入場はできません。保護者が同伴する場合に限り、無料で入場いただけます。

③ご購入いただいたチケットによって入場方法が異なります。ご購入時に各ページにてご確認ください。
学生証、障がい者手帳をお持ちの方は会場入り口でご提示ください。

④入場券購入後の返金について
・入場券購入後のお客様都合によるキャンセル、返金はお受けしておりません。予めご了承ください。
・当展示会は天災地変（台風・洪水・地震・火災等）、感染症の蔓延（蔓延に伴い公権力が発する命令・通達・要請などを含む）やテロリズムの発生その他、主催者の責に帰さない原因による不可抗力（以下「不可抗力」）により、本展示の開催延期、規模縮小、会場移転、展示時間の短縮・変更または開催中止を決定できるものとします。
・不可抗力により、本展示会の開催延期、規模縮小、会場移転、展示時間の短縮・変更または開催中止の決定をした場合でも、既に支払った入場料については返金しないものとします。
